Delivery Times & Tracking

  • Timeframe: We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow its journey.

  • Multiple Packages: To ensure your items travel safely and stay within courier weight limits, larger orders (like bedroom sets) may arrive in multiple packages. These may occasionally be delivered on different days, but your tracking information will reflect this.

Our Courier Partners

We work with a variety of trusted couriers to ensure the most efficient delivery for your order size. Regardless of which courier is used, you will always receive tracking information for your delivery. Our partners include: XDP, Evri, DPD, DX, and AIT.

Important Information

  • Ground Floor Delivery: Standard delivery is to the ground floor/front door of your property. For heavy items like sofas or wardrobes, please ensure you have assistance available or contact us in advance if you require a room-of-choice service (additional fees may apply).

  • Don’t Toss the Old Stuff Yet: We strongly recommend that you do not dispose of your old bed or furniture until your new item has arrived, been unboxed, and fully checked. While 99% of our deliveries are on time, courier delays can happen!

  • Damaged Boxes: As a clearance warehouse, please remember that the outer packaging may be damaged. This is normal and is how we keep our prices so low! Rest assured, the items inside are checked for structural integrity.
