Disclaimer

At Furniture Warehouse, our mission is to save you money.

All the items we sell are Damaged Box returns. This means that while the furniture is structurally sound, it may have the odd mark, small damage, or a minor dent. In some cases, items may not come in the original packaging.

These minor cosmetic blemishes are exactly why our items are so cheap—allowing you to save £££’s off high-street prices without compromising on the function of your furniture.

Common Questions

What does "Damaged Box" actually mean? It means the outer cardboard was likely damaged during transit or in a warehouse. Because big retailers can't sell these at full price, we buy them in bulk and pass those massive savings directly to you.

Is the furniture broken? No. While there may be a small scuff, scratch, or dent (cosmetic blemishes), we do not sell items that are structurally broken or unsafe. Everything we sell is fit for its intended purpose.

Will I receive the original box? Not always. If the original box was too damaged to safely ship your item, we will repackage it in a plain, sturdy box to ensure it reaches you safely.

Are the assembly instructions included? Yes. Even if the box has been opened or replaced, we ensure that instructions and all essential parts are included so you can get set up right away.

What if a part is missing? Don't worry! While we check our stock, mistakes can happen. If you find a screw or a small component missing, just contact us within 48 hours and we will sort it out for you.
