Returns & Refunds Policy
We specialise in bringing you premium products at heavily discounted prices. Because of this, our items are sold with minor cosmetic damage or packaging imperfections. This minor wear-and-tear is precisely why we can offer such great discounts, and it is a condition of sale.
Please read our policy below before making a purchase.
1. Minor Damage vs. Significant Damage
We want to be completely transparent about what you are buying:

Minor Damage (Not Eligible for Return/Refund): This includes minor scuffs, scratches, dents, or damaged/missing original outer packaging that does not affect the functionality or overall use of the product. By purchasing, you accept these minor flaws as part of the discount.

Significant Damage (Eligible for Replacement/Refund): If a product arrives with structural damage, missing essential parts, or faults that make it completely unusable or unfit for its intended purpose, we will gladly sort it out for you.
2. What to Do If Your Item is Significantly Damaged
If your item arrives with significant damage that prevents it from working properly, please let us know Immediately ( Within 14 days of delivery)
How to start a claim:

Email our support team at contact@nnfurniturewarehouse.co.uk with your order number.

Provide clear photographs or a short video showing the significant damage/fault.

Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
3. Our Resolution Process
If your claim for significant damage is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions (at our discretion and subject to stock availability):

Replacement: We will dispatch a replacement item to you free of charge. Please note: The replacement may also feature minor cosmetic imperfections, consistent with our discount model.

Alternative Solution: If the item is out of stock, we may offer a partial refund, a store credit, or a full refund depending on the severity of the issue.
4. Change of Mind Returns (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to notify us.

Condition: The item must be returned in the exact condition you received it. You cannot return an item due to minor damage that was already present and disclosed at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be "as described." Because we explicitly describe our products as having minor damage in exchange for a discount, minor cosmetic defects do not classify the goods as faulty.
