At NN Furniture Warehouse, our philosophy is simple: We want you to be happy. We know that buying clearance and "damaged box" items requires a bit of trust, and we want to reward that trust with great service and even better prices.
1. The "Damaged Box" Deal
Most of our stock consists of items where the outer packaging has seen better days. Because the boxes are damaged, the furniture inside may have small cosmetic blemishes (like a tiny scratch or a minor scuff).

By purchasing from us, you accept these minor cosmetic imperfections in exchange for a massive discount off the RRP.

The item will always be structurally sound and functional.
2. Missing Parts? We’ll Assist!
We aim for every item to be 100% complete. However, if you open your box and find that a screw, a handle, or a specific panel is missing, don’t panic.

What to do: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our Promise: We will do our absolute best to source the missing part and ship it out to you immediately so you can get your furniture built and ready to use.
3. Significant Damage
If your item arrives with damage that goes "beyond a blemish"—such as a structural crack, a major snap, or something that makes the item unusable—we will sort it out.

What to do: Please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Email these to us at contact@nnfurniturewarehouse.co.uk with your order number.

Our Promise: We will review the damage and offer a solution, which may include a replacement part, a partial discount, or a full return/exchange.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind and decide the item isn't right for your space:

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us.

Condition: The item must be unassembled and in the same condition it was received.

Return Shipping: Because our prices are kept low by calculating shipping strictly by weight, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning "change of mind" items. We recommend using a tracked service or dropping it off at our warehouse to save on fees.
