Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1  business day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 Note on Packaging: Because we specialize in heavily discounted products with minor cosmetic imperfections, items may occasionally arrive in non-original, generic, or slightly distressed outer packaging. Rest assured, the transit packaging we use is always sturdy and secure to protect your item.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Incorrect Delivery Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please carefully review your delivery address before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the item a second time. If you choose to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
