We offer weight-based shipping to ensure you pay a fair price for the size of your order. Rates are calculated at checkout: Small (£9.99), Large (£19.99), and Extra Large/Sofas (£39.99).
We aim to deliver all items within 7 working days. We use a variety of trusted couriers including XDP, Evri, DPD, DX, and AIT. Regardless of the carrier, all couriers provide full tracking information, which will be sent to you via email or SMS upon dispatch. Please note that larger orders may arrive in multiple packages.

For "change of mind" returns, please notify us within 14 days. Items must be unassembled and in their original condition. As we keep our prices low through weight-based shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Always inspect your items before disposing of your old furniture!
