Returns & Happy Customer Policy

At NN Furniture Warehouse, we want you to be happy. We specialise in "damaged box" clearance, meaning items are structurally sound but may have minor cosmetic blemishes. By purchasing, you accept these small imperfections in exchange for massive savings.

Missing Parts? If any components are missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will assist in sourcing them for you.
Significant Damage? If an item has damage beyond a minor blemish, contact us with photos so we can sort it out via replacement, discount, or return.

For "change of mind" returns, please notify us within 14 days. Items must be unassembled and in their original condition. As we keep our prices low through weight-based shipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Always inspect your items before disposing of your old furniture!

Very comfortable and came brilliantly packaged.

Delivered quickly and safely. Unfortunately I received 2 different brand of mattresses which meant they had different firmness and thickness as well. Size wise it was okay and fit perfectly in the bed for the kids but it would have been better to have them the same. I contacted customer support straight we found out this after we opened the packages, but I never received a single response from them. I ended up giving up waiting as my kids needed the mattress. I can recommend their store, but I would not recommend contacting their customer service as if you are facing with an issue, that will likely be never dealt with.

“Having been a little sceptical about using this website I have to say I was blown away by the quality of this product. It had little damage and was a fantastic saving. Customer service was brilliant, excellent communication. I will definitely be recommending this website to family and friends.”

“Absolutely gorgeous bed! Very happy the only thing was the knobs in the drawers that was the damaged, mind blown by how cheap we got this bed and absolutely nothing wrong with the whole thing, got knobs that matches my girls room so I would of changed theses anyway! We just ordered a mattress now, and I will definitely be ordering for this company again! Yes the box was damaged but the item was 100% This will be my go to for household items first..”

- Gemma.P., verified customer

“Brilliant, both items were in good condition, couple of very slight marks. I was very lucky to find what appears to have been the last remaining 2 cabinets here and for the bargain price of £16 instead of £70. Will definitely be looking here again when I need any furniture.”
